As our new Scrum Master, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will facilitate and support one of our agile delivery teams. Your role is crucial in promoting agile ways of working, coordinating cross-functionally, and ensuring transparent progress.

The team you will be part of

Based at our global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark you will join Advanced Production Tools team – and report to Senior Director Lars Jensen.

Within the team, a culture of support and inclusion prevails, contributing to the personal and professional advancement of everyone through collaborative efforts with colleagues and stakeholders.

You will manage 2 scrum teams: The first team is primarily delivering to the digital transformation of our production processes. In short, we are transitioning from traditional point-solutions to a cloud first and API based paradigm. Our tech stack is Azure and .NET.

The second scrum team is primarily delivering production test sequences interfacing with Hearing Aid hardware on component and final device levels. The team is closely collaboration with R&D and Operations during early stages of both the development process and in the production flows.

Most of our initiatives are related to digitalizing our production tools and processes through close stakeholder communication and through established development and release processes. These initiatives are carefully planned, implemented, tested, and deployed to meet customer requirements – and as our new Scrum Master, these tasks will be yours to manage in collaboration with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners across the organization.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Help teams coordinate and participate in ART events and manage cross ART dependencies
  • Facilitate Scrum Events - organize sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with Product Owner - Support the Product Owner to enhance value of team deliveries
  • Remove Team Impediments - Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to remove impediments
  • Facilitate PI planning preparation and backlog refinement, conduct retrospectives and capture and help identified actions

To thrive in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Have a higher educational background within in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study
  • Have extensive and documented experience in agile methodologies
  • Are proficient in working within a SCRUM or SAFe framework
  • Thrives with a crucial role in maintaining positive dynamics within the agile teams and guiding them within SAFe
  • Take part of a social and collaborative work environment where results are shared and are openly discussed.
  • Possess project and stakeholder management abilities
  • Are fluently in written and spoken English and you are comfortable communicating with others

We foresee that your capacity for adjustment will empower you to navigate the complexities of a global organization, leveraging your structured methods and prioritization skills along the way. With your inherent curiosity, you can break down complicated topics to ensure your stakeholders understand and provides required input.
