Job Description:

Role Summary

The Scrum Master is a servant leader and Agile coach responsible for enabling Scrum Teams to deliver high‑quality products through effective adoption of Agile and Scrum practices. The role focuses on facilitating Scrum events, coaching team members, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement to maximize team performance and business value.

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
  • Coach Scrum Team members on Agile principles, Scrum values, and best practices.
  • Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and maintaining a clear product vision.
  • Identify, track, and remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery.
  • Foster a self‑organizing, collaborative, and high‑performing team environment.
  • Promote transparency and effective communication between the Scrum Team and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging Scrum metrics and retrospective outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in an Agile facilitation role.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional software development teams.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead without formal authority.
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
