Work Flexibility: Field-based
This role is responsible for providing information and assisting daily surgery cases to ensure the safety and effective use of Stryker products.
Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Assist in surgery primarily the key account cases coverage
- Surgical Cases pre & post arrangement including instrument kit monitoring
- Assist & support CME workshops/ in service
- Maintain good relationship with key customer stake holders
- Uphold the Compliance Culture and philosophy of the Company by ensuring the business is kept abreast and aligned to the highest code of ethic not limited to ADVAMED
Education & special trainings:
- Certificate or Diploma with nursing related field or experience in nursing & case scrubbing
Qualifications & experience:
- 2-3 years of work experience as Scrub Technician or clinical support
- Initiative, pro-active and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication
- Good planning skills
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- Self-motivated and team oriented
