Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Develop and validate analytical methods on biomolecules using liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (LC-MS) technologies.
- Plan and execute experiments, collect high-quality data, and draw clear conclusions to inform project decisions.
- Troubleshoot instruments and methods and propose practical, evidence-based solutions.
- Prepare accurate technical reports, maintain laboratory records and present findings to cross-functional teams.
- Support root-cause investigations and contribute to cross-functional projects to resolve technical issues.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences or related discipline with relevant laboratory experience; or Master’s degree with relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with liquid chromatography and/OR mass spectrometry applied to biomolecules.
- Experience operating and maintaining laboratory instruments and performing method validation.
- Knowledge of good laboratory practices, data integrity and laboratory safety.
- Experience working in a regulated environment or with quality systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to present results clearly.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- PhD in a relevant discipline.
- Experience adopting digital tools to improve laboratory workflows and data management.
-Working knowledge of French
Work Arrangement
This role is offered as hybrid. You will be expected to spend core time on-site in Belgium to run laboratory work and collaborate with colleagues. Remote-only arrangements are not available.
