DESCRIPTION:
Join our Research & Development team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Scientist I, where you will contribute to the development of commercial research products in alignment with company policies and quality standards. Working in our laboratories, you will develop and validate immunological detection methods for the analysis of biological samples, troubleshoot analytical challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance innovative research solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

•B.Sc. in Biology, Biochemistry, or related science
•Hands-on experience with immunoassays (ELISA, bead-based multiplex assays, PLA or similar)
•Good understanding of immunology, cell biology and protein analysis techniques.
•Good problem-solving skills and logical approach to solving scientific problems
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Possesses analytical thinking skills that are applied to solving a complex scientific problem
•Works well in a team environment and cooperates with other members of the team to find a solution
•Proficiency in German and English
