If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Scientific Operations Excellence – Delivery Manager within the GBS Medical Delivery /Scientific Communications ecosystem. In this role, you will drive operational excellence across the end-to-end medical content lifecycle—spanning planning, governance, processes, platforms, and performance tracking. You will work closely with global and local content teams, digital, Veeva, Graphics, and platform partners to ensure predictable, high-quality, and compliant delivery of scientific and medical content across multiple channels. Accountabilities:
- Operational Excellence Leadership: Drive best-in-class operating practices across planning, governance, processes, platforms, and performance tracking to raise quality and speed.
- E2E Content Lifecycle Ownership: Own and coordinate the end-to-end delivery lifecycle—from planning through reviews, approvals, publishing, and measurement—ensuring predictable, compliant outcomes.
- Portfolio Progression and Visibility: Track content progression across assigned disease areas or portfolios, providing clear status, timelines, dependencies, and risk transparency.
- Delivery Governance: Lead progress reporting, risk and issue management, mitigation planning, and timely escalation to protect delivery commitments.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with Medical Information content teams, digital, Veeva, graphics, and platform partners to enable seamless execution and high standards.
- Platform Operations: Oversee content operations across channels such as CLM, AZ Medical, MI Portal, and other relevant platforms.
- Process Improvement: Maintain and continuously improve operational processes, playbooks, and guidance documents for scientific communications delivery.
- Business Planning Support: Contribute to planning and execution of functional priorities across scientific communications.
- Global-to-Local Enablement: Drive approaches that improve adoption, engagement, and execution quality across markets.
- Stakeholder Communications: Coordinate delivery updates with global, regional, and local stakeholders, including local Medical Communications teams.
- Onboarding and Enablement: Support onboarding through well-maintained materials, playbooks, and operational guidance.
- Insights, KPIs, and OKRs: Support KPI, OKR, insights, and analytics tracking, including contributions to dashboards and performance reviews.
