Job Purpose:
You will serve as a trusted scientific advisor in our specialty care and immunology medical team in the Netherlands. In this role you will be responsible for the local medical strategy for chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP), building relationships with healthcare professionals and translating clinical evidence into clear insights. You will support local evidence generation and cross-functional planning and be the local point of contact for the regional medical team for this indication.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Build and maintain peer-to-peer scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, scientific societies and decision-makers in the Netherlands.
- Design and deliver non-promotional scientific exchange, advisory boards and educational activities that address clinical needs and evidence gaps.
- Gather and share medical insights to inform local and global strategy and evidence generation.
- Review and medically approve local scientific content and ensure compliance with laws, codes and internal standards.
- Contribute to local evidence generation, observational studies and investigator-initiated research with appropriate approvals and governance.
- Provide scientific input into health technology assessment and payer engagement, preparing clear evidence summaries for local stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy or equivalent (MSc, PharmD, MD or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a medical affairs, clinical, or scientific role in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
- Practical experience in scientific exchange with healthcare professionals and external experts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the Netherlands as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- PhD or clinical specialty qualification.
- Experience in immunology or other relevant specialty areas.
- Experience with HTA, payer engagement or evidence generation planning.
- Proven track record of organising advisory boards, scientific meetings or publications.
- Familiarity with local regulatory and compliance frameworks for medical and scientific activities.
- Experience presenting scientific data to diverse audiences and training internal stakeholders.
