Aspire Living & Learning is currently looking for a School Social Worker who will work with stakeholders (e.g., students, parents, teachers, administrators) to support the learning and development of students across the age range (K-12 and transition) to help them succeed academically, behaviorally, emotionally, and socially.
Hours: M-F 7a-3p
Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
Consultation:
Partners with school employees to develop and implement evidence based social, emotional, and behavioral programming. Communicates progress to parents and provides support as necessary. Provides in-service education and/or serves as a consultant to teachers and other school employees on topics related to social and emotional development.
Intervention:
Delivers implementation of social, emotional, and behavioral programming at the classroom, small group, and individual levels.
Relationships & Communication:
Ensures a trauma aware environment for all students. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.
