Corporate Tax

(Global Tax & Transfer Pricing | M&A Tax)

  • Interested in transfer pricing, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) or international taxation? You'll support our teams in advising Belgian and international clients on corporate tax matters. You'll help analyse client files, solve tax-related questions, identify opportunities, and liaise with tax authorities alongside experienced colleagues.

Accounting and Tax (Compliance)

  • Prefer a mix of accounting and taxation? In this team, you'll help clients comply with their accounting and tax obligations. You'll work on accounting records, financial statements, corporate and indirect tax filings, and gain insight into how companies organise their reporting and tax processes.

  • Interested in the intersection of tax, accounting and technology? Within our Accounting & Tax team, you can contribute to digital solutions and process improvements. You’ll help streamline accounting and tax workflows, work with data tools, and support tech-driven improvements for more efficient compliance.

Indirect Tax

  • Interested in VAT and customs? You'll gain hands-on experience in national and international indirect tax matters, often in cross-border contexts. Projects may include VAT analysis, supply chain structuring, minimising tax risks, and supporting clients ranging from multinationals to public and non-profit organisations.

SME Accounting & Advise (Fiduciary)

  • Want to see how accounting works in practice for entrepreneurs and smaller businesses? You'll support case managers in the daily accounting activities of SMEs. Step by step, you'll learn how to manage a client file from A to Z: processing accounting documents, preparing VAT returns and annual accounts, and supporting year-end closings.
