We’re seeking talented interns to join our Human Resources department. As part of the Human Capital team at PwC Belgium, you'll collaborate with a diverse group of HR professionals, each with unique talents and expertise. You'll assume responsibilities across various HR functions for one or more Business Units within our Lines of Service.

1. Employer Branding & Events
Helping the recruitment team by facilitating a wide variety of employer branding-related initiatives and coming up with fresh ideas;
Helping with revisioning PwC and working on branding our material into PwC’s New Equation;
Creating content to promote at recruitment events to graduate students and young professionals;
Working on a strategy to help PwC target new recruits in a modern context;
Supporting our Event Officer in the organization of all recruitment events;
Participating in events like job fairs and internal events with PwC's people;
Contacting specialists from other teams, such as Learning & Development, Communications and Marketing.
2. HR Excellence & Innovation
Dive deep into Workday, our core people platform, and become a go‑to expert in its daily operations;
Support cutting-edge HRIS initiatives, including GenAI use cases, process documentation, and data & analytics;
Work at the heart of HR tech automation and optimization, helping design smarter, faster workflows;
Experience how a global network like PwC builds, shares, and scales technology across countries and teams;
Get front-row access to how PwC continuously improves HR processes using the newest tools and technologies;
Shape data-driven HR decisions by supporting dashboards, reports, and insight generation in a global environment.
3. Campus/Senior Recruitment
Supporting our selection procedures for junior and experienced applicants, including organizing selection days, scheduling interviews, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, discussing candidates with hiring managers and more;
Participating in events like job fairs and internal events with PwC's people, and helping organize other events;
Contacting specialists from other HR teams, such as Learning & Development, Marketing, Payroll and HR Operations;
You’ll be guided through your entire internship and work closely with your coach and fellow recruiters.
4. Learning & Development
You’ll support the planning and execution of the overall L&D agenda. You will be part of our team, joining our team meetings and other activities/meetings;
You’ll help organise our training programmes and provide administrative support where needed;
You’ll use our tools and databases to manage registrations, monitor attendance and prepare reporting;
You’ll contact external providers or internal instructors to arrange practical details for trainings and keep them informed about logistical requirements;
For specific courses, you may reach out to participants for feedback and summarise their input using our feedback forms;
You’ll assist with sending invitations for internal courses, help identify and schedule instructors, inform them about practical matters and follow up on cancellations or planning changes;
Together with you, we will explore whether you can take ownership of a specific project or domain within Learning & Development.
5. Diversity & Inclusion
You will support the D&I and Wellbeing Lead in achieving the firm-wide D&I agenda;
You will contribute to a variety of D&I projects, like coordinating our D&I Ambassador community (Employee Resource Groups/ERGs), preparing D&I events, translating the annual People Survey D&I results into proposed actions, supporting D&I trainings & team workshops, updating the “Yoda” intranet with D&I news, setting up a D&I dashboard and Pulse Survey,...;
You will be highly encouraged to provide your fresh ideas on new actions/initiatives/projects to make PwC a true D&I champion;
You will collaborate with a large variety of stakeholders and teams across the firm (HR, Communications, Marketing, Business);
You will be guided and coached through your entire internship.
6. HR Operations: Reward – Payroll - Fleet
You’ll be part of the HR Operations team which provides services to the employees in terms of payroll, reward and fleet. You assist to ensure a smooth employee experience;
You’ll support the HR Operations team to update our intranet on all reward – payroll and fleet topics;
You’ll be a content contributor in the process description process in which all payroll, fleet and reward related processes are fully described ;
You’ll assist in the payroll related administration and the preparation of the monthly payroll;
You’ll provide support to the payroll team in handling employee requests;
You’ll provide support for our flexible income plan;
You’ll help in providing the mobility offerings;
You’ll assist the fleet team in handling employee requests;
You’ll assist in the fleet related administration.
7. Global Mobility & HR Legal Internship
You'll contribute to our global mobility offerings and HR Legal operations to ensure a seamless experience for employees;
You'll participate in the comprehensive documentation of Global Mobility and HR Legal processes;
You'll provide support in handling employee and business requests related to Global Mobility and HR Legal matters;
You'll assist in various projects, including preparing internal training presentations, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents;
You'll be encouraged to bring forward innovative ideas for new initiatives and projects to help enhance the Global Mobility and HR Legal functions;
You'll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams (e.g. HR, Business, Payroll) and external vendors (e.g. immigration/tax advisors);
You'll benefit from guidance and coaching throughout your internship.
8. HR Business Partner
You’ll have an advisory role and contribute to the execution of both the Global and Belgian Human Capital strategy;
You’ll act as a point of contact for employees and leadership on HR-related matters, serving as a connector between the business and various Human Capital stakeholders;
You’ll help translate the results of the annual People Survey into analysis and support the creation of a strategic Business Unit plan together with the HR Business Consultants;
You’ll assist in talent management processes, including preparation for performance and reward cycles, and you will support exit conversations and related follow‑up;
You’ll contribute to several HR projects related to talent management, reporting, and people experience;
You’ll support the review of various HR processes, identifying opportunities for automation, improvement, and better alignment across departments and stakeholders.
About you
You’re a final-year Bachelor or Master’s student in Law, Human Resources, Office Management, Business Administration or any other relevant field and you're eager to learn more about the HR world;
You’re looking for a school internship for at least 3 months;
You’re able to express yourself fluently in Dutch and/or French and English;
You’re enthusiastic, motivated and a real team player with a passion for people;
You have good organizational skills and a hands-on mentality;
You have good interpersonal and communication skills;
You’re familiar with the MS Office applications;
You have a good digital understanding and the ability to use technology;
You’re capable of adapting easily in a constantly changing environment.
