A school bus driver is responsible for transporting clients from their pickup point to their destination in a timely and safe manner. Using a vehicle to successfully transport people, performing pre-trip inspections, performing child checks post-route, and keeping their vehicle within DOT regulations are the most important tasks of the driver.

Already a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements?
➡️ Earn a $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus (effective March 6, 2026)

💰 Pay & Schedule

Pay: $27/hour
- Paid Training: $20/hour
- Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour
Schedule: Part‑time, split shift (AM/PM)
Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays
Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours

🚌 What You’ll Do

Safely transport students to and from school and events
Drive assigned local routes
Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies

📝 Requirements

CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements
(or willingness to obtain — we train!)
Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one
Safe driving record
Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
Ability to pass background check & drug screening
Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)
