Schedule Details/Additional Information:

Monday- Friday 8-1630 with flexibility, Hybrid position with working remotely but also rotating to all sites.

Pay Range

$22.50 - $33.75

Major Responsibilities:
  • Provides daily support to staff to include web based and software navigation and troubleshooting software issues, providing issue resolution when able, and escalating more complex issues to supervisor as needed.
  • Develops new employee data profiles within the scheduling system. Formats schedule settings, report parameters and configures various manager and staff views. Reviews all staff data profiles ensuring accurate entry of skills, FTE's and float areas. Ensures key business standardization practices while performing system setup modifications.
  • Runs various audits to identify and correct software data integrity issues.
  • Enters and maintains staffing and matrices to ensure staff skill sets meet patient needs. Troubleshoots scheduling discrepancies for managers and house supervisors. Interprets reports and diagnoses issues/concerns.
  • Provides user training for staff on software capabilities/functionalities as appropriate. Develops and maintains educational materials, including user manuals, "how to" documents and newsletters.
  • Coordinates and supports the successful implementation, administration and documentation of staff scheduling software and for the expanded use of the application along with the associated build. Participates in interface testing as new updates are issued.
  • Provides support to staff and management in running various reports. Trains on how to run requested reports and when to run specific reports and audits.
  • Coordinates meetings/site visits to train sites/staff on the software. Develops and provides informational sessions.
  • Acts as a liaison between end users (management, clinical and support staff) and information technology regarding system integrity, successful installation, upgrades and customization.
  • Works with the help desk to institute appropriate down time practices and procedures. Maintains archival process and provides educational training for staff and leadership to optimally use the application.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
  • None Required.

Education Required:
  • High School Graduate.

Experience Required:
  • Typically requires 3 years of experience in working with scheduling software.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access) or similar products and experience in Kronos, iStaff & Clairvia.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that demonstrate written and oral communication skills and critical thinking.
  • Demonstrates a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, set appropriate priorities and accomplish assignments in a thorough and timely manner.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
  • Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. occasionally.
  • Must be able to concentrate continuously.
  • Exposed to normal office environment.
