Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain baseline schedules and prepare what‑if scenarios to support project decision‑making
Apply schedule risk management techniques, including contingency planning
Perform critical path analysis, schedule integrity reviews, and progress reporting
Build and manage resource‑loaded schedules, including producing histograms and schedule insights
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams to ensure sequencing accuracy and timely program delivery
Utilise tools including Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel (Power BI experience highly regarded)
Skills & Experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
3–5 years’ experience in project scheduling, ideally within major infrastructure or water projects
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project
Understanding of EVM, SPI, schedule risk analysis, and progress measurement
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with project stakeholders
