What You'll Be Doing

Job Scope: The primary mission of the Scheduler is to support the execution of projects by ensuring project managers, project teams, and other key stakeholders are provided with detailed project analysis, information, systems, and processes needed to effectively manage project forecasts, schedules, and other essential project information to execute projects safely, on time, and on budget. The role is based in Houston near the Galleria area.

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise, and understands terms, acronyms, and definitions relating to Scheduling.
  • Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
  • Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices

Ideal Background

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Construction Science, Building Science or related field is highly preferred.  

Certification: AACE International or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification is preferred.  

Experience: Requires 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in planning, scheduling, cost control and estimating.
