Your role will involve working within a team to scan all our legacy paperwork on to our virtual system and file accordingly. You will be a methodical worker and ensure you process each file diligently to ensure 100% accuracy during the scanning process

Our aim is to become completely paperless and after 55 years in business, we know that isn’t an easy feat.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ordering files from storage
  • Liaising with offices across the country to arrange file deliveries
  • Updating internal systems
  • Preparing files for back scanning
  • Scanning file onto the system

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Have previous experience of working in a data entry/ administrative capacity
  • Have experience working within defined service standards, policies and procedures
  • Be confident using all programmes within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
