What You’ll Be Doing
- Support daily scale operations while working closely with drivers and plant teams to ensure efficient site activity
- Operate the scale system to accurately weigh inbound and outbound trucks
- Accurately enter and manage tickets and records in the scale system while maintaining clear and timely documentation
- Provide courteous, efficient customer service to drivers, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor site traffic flow and communicate with the plant team to support safe operations
- Follow established procedures and safety standards to support compliance and quality expectations
What Are We Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Capability to learn site systems, tools, and weighing procedures
- Effective communication skills with customers, drivers, and team members
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and high-quality work
- Background in dispatch, logistics, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus
Work Environment
This position operates in an aggregates facility with both office and outdoor interaction. Work involves regular communication with truck drivers, plant operators, and site personnel. Periodic exposure to dust, noise, and weather conditions may occur while supporting scale operations and coordinating site traffic.
