Responsible for managing company assets, monitoring and recording the entry and exit of people, vehicles, and goods for security purposes, handling visitor verification, preparing monthly vehicle reports, and reporting any facility or equipment issues to HR & GA.

Manage and maintain the company's assets and inventory and open the gate according to the company's operational hours
Carry out security by supervising or recording in security journal entry or exit of persons, vehicles or goods
Carry out safeguards by keeping an eye on or keeping an eye on the security journal entry or exit of persons, vehicles or goods
Every month make monthly report of KM vehicles to BAM / BA / HR & GA
Conduct guest checks that enter the area and hold ID card / driving license. Special car charge / principle hold ID card / driver's license and ask for a road
Report and coordinate to HR & GA Staff in case of damage to office equipment and facilities (vehicle, wc, clean water, generator set, water pump, attendance machine)
Job Requirements :
Minimum SMA / Diploma 3 in any field
Have at least completed security guard training
Candidates have working experience in the related field
Willing to work in shifts
Placement in Ketapang
