Summary
Kick‑start your career in legal innovation. We’re building a ground‑breaking Agentic Innovation Lab to build AI agents for legal and contracting. We’re seeking an optimistic self‑starter who loves solving problems.
You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team to identify pain points across legal, contracting, and broader enterprise functions and help develop AI‑driven agents, prototypes, and bespoke use cases.
For this role, attitude, domain curiosity, and practical delivery matter most. If you’ve got a legal background and an interest in technology, this could be the role for you.
Key responsibilities
•
Support discovery, research, and lightweight analysis of user pain points.
•
Draft problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•
Help design and test prototypes; capture feedback and iterate.
•
Create clear documentation, demos, and training materials.
•
Track work in the backlog and keep stakeholders informed.
Experience & Skills
•
Law degree (or equivalent experience) or 0–3 years in a law firm, legal operations, in‑house legal, legal‑tech product management, or legal innovation role.
•
Understanding of CLM, AI/automation tools, and legal workflows (coursework or practical exposure helpful).
•
Ability to translate pain points into solution concepts and support delivery.
•
Comfortable collaborating with technical stakeholders and prototypes.
