Job Description 

As a Senior Associate, you take the lead on learning projects, managing stakeholders across Operate and contributing to high-quality, innovative learning solutions. You are expected to coach others and model effective communication and collaboration. You partner with the business to identify learning needs and deliver impactful solutions that support both organisational and individual growth. 

Requirements of the Role 

  • Support learning solution scoping for stakeholders to decide on the correct learning solution for a business need and a global audience  
  • Work with and manage key stakeholders from across Operate  
  • Take lead on design projects, adhering to design project timelines  
  • Clearly communicate progress and escalate risks and issues to management  
  • Coaching others on design, delivery and innovation skills  
  • Communicate complex information clearly in a design and delivery environment. Use storytelling to engage and influence the audience  
  • Effective delivery of learning solutions in-person, hybrid and online 
  • Effectively manage behaviours in training delivery to ensure audience engagement and learning transfer  
  • Be comfortable in dealing with unforeseen circumstances with training delivery  
  • Responsible for effective training preparation ahead of delivery  
  • Proactively seeks feedback and begins coaching junior colleagues through knowledge sharing.  
  • Champion innovative thinking by embracing new ideas, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to creative, forward-looking solutions that add value and business impact.  
  • Confidently apply AI tools to streamline tasks, support creative problem-solving, and contribute to innovative design and delivery outcomes.
