• The Document Management Team is looking for an experienced Business Functional Analyst to work on a document management system. The ideal Assistant Vice President will have extensive hands-on experience within the ECM domain. This is a good opportunity to gain meaningful experience transforming a critical high-volume platform to more strategic one.
• It is preferred to have certain level of knowledge on Artificial intelligence and Gen AI

Your key responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing functional requirements in partnership and collaboration with Business stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, Operations, Architecture, and delivery leads
• Understand the product vision and ensure development activities reflect that vision into the product
• Work in an Agile environment to support the design and conceptualization of new business solutions, identifying risks and impacts
• Research and collaborate to provide needed clarifications on requirements to team members, making sure that items in the Product Backlog meet the Definition of Done and are ready for sprint teams to work on
• Define testing requirements and work with engineers to prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve reported bugs and issues
• Drive data discovery, sourcing, modelling, and analytics to support the creation of data flows and models.

Your skills and experience

Must Have

• Extensive experience as a hands-on Business Functional Analyst in the ECM domain within a similar sized financial services organization
• Thorough understanding of and experience in records management
• Thorough understanding of and experience in Google cloud
• Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing
• Experience organizing and leading workshops focused on requirements gathering, analysis and refinement

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or relevant technology & science

• Experience in analysis for building interfaces between applications including vendor apps.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools/systems and understanding technology and functional design.
