Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a SAP Transformation Manager to join our BCA Supply Chain Functional Excellence team in Everett, Washington, Auburn, Washington or North Charleston, South Carolina.

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Manager of Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead a team supporting business readiness and adoption for the SAP S/4HANA transformation across Boeing Commercial Airplanes Global Supply Chain for Functional Excellence.

This role leads the OCM function aligned to the business process transformation side of the SAP program, working in close partnership with Product, IT, and Digital teams. The candidate is accountable for ensuring that system and process changes are effectively translated, deployed, and adopted across the BCA GSC organization.

The ideal candidate is an experienced people leader and transformation practitioner who can scale change across a complex enterprise environment.

This leader will manage a team of OCM practitioners responsible for executing change impact analysis, training, communications, and business readiness activities tied to SAP deployment.

You will set the OCM strategy and operating model, while ensuring your team delivers consistent, high-quality execution across multiple workstreams and deployment phases.

Our team is currently hiring a Level K SAP Transformation Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of OCM practitioners supporting SAP Supply Chain deployment
  • Define and drive the OCM strategy, governance, and execution model across the program
  • Oversee team delivery of:
    • Change impact assessments aligned to end-to-end supply chain processes
    • Training and enablement materials tied to future-state business processes
    • Communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans
    • Business readiness assessments and adoption tracking
  • Partner closely with Product, IT, and Digital teams to ensure alignment between system design and business adoption
  • Ensure your team effectively translates system changes into clear business impacts and actionable plans
  • Establish and monitor adoption, readiness, and performance metrics across deployments
  • Provide prioritization and direction to focus resources on highest-risk and highest-impact changes
  • Ensure alignment across design, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and go-live readiness activities
  • Oversee updates to Command Media and process documentation to reflect new ways of working
  • Support cutover planning, go-live execution, and post go-live stabilization from a business change perspective
  • Serve as a key advisor to program and business leadership on change strategy, risks, and readiness

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):  

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Must be willing to perform duties 100% onsite
  • 3+ years of experience with large scale change management and business transformation projects
  • 3+ years of experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience utilizing standard project management tools
  • 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
  • 3+ years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP or other ERP implementations
  • Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • Travel domestically for 25% as needed

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Experience with BCA ERPLN, SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems
  • Experience with large-scale system deployments, especially ERP
  • Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or operations environments
  • Certification or training in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci)
  • Experience leading OCM for large-scale, multi-site deployments
  • Familiarity with Agile or SAP Activate methodologies
  • Experience with process design, systems integration, or business architecture
  • Strong background in adoption metrics, readiness tracking, and change analytics
  • Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) defining, documenting, and deploying significant process changes to multiple personas
  • Experience with work management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)

Summary pay range (Level K) $122,400 - $165,600
