The Position

The SAP System & Processes Expert, you will act as the vital bridge between business strategy and technical execution. Your mission is to harmonize Middle East regional operations with Global SAP best practices. You are not just managing a system; you are a change agent ensuring our diagnostic solutions reach patients efficiently through seamless, data-driven processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Translate complex business requirements into streamlined SAP workflows. You will ensure that Diagnostic/ Diabetes activities are integrated into the system with minimal friction and maximum scalability.

  • Lead the rollout of global tools across Middle East affiliates. Beyond "go-live," you will provide post-implementation governance to ensure regional growth is supported by global standards.

  • Build and navigate a "network of networks." You will partner with regional Key Users, IT, Chapters and Networks, and Global support to influence system enhancements and advocate for regional needs.

  • Act as the guardian of regional data health. You will provide critical analysis through system reports, identify country-specific configuration needs, and drive massive data-cleansing initiatives to ensure "one version of the truth."

  • Act as First Support Level and manage end-user incident lifecycles. You will partner with Global IT to troubleshoot, test, and validate system changes before they hit the production environment, as well represent the region in IT Alignment Meetings.

  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning. You will host knowledge-sharing sessions, facilitate training, be the Lead of the Key Users in the Middle East and represent the region  in Global Key User communities.

Who You Are

  • You hold a BSc degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent

  • You built a minimum of 5 years of experience working with SAP, specifically the SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules.  SAP HANA knowledge is considered a plus.

  • Work experience in Medical Device or Healthcare sector, and previous experience with Roche tools (e.g., Rexis) is considered an advantage.

  • You have advanced  analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills

  • You bring advanced  communication, presentation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority

  • You built experience in training and transferring knowledge to end users of systems/tools

  • You are an open minded, a team player, and able to act as a catalyst to bring harmony with the teams you work with (Chapters and Networks)

  • You are fluent in English (written and verbal). Arabic language is considered a plus
