SAP Solution Consultant PaPM

Job Description:

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

In this position, as Solution Consultant for the SAP Solution Experience organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing compelling demo content for the field to help close deals and strength our position in marketplace. You will need to gather, review and analyze requirements, and then build demo content implementing business scenarios with clarity, style and intuitiveness.

On the other hand, you will have to cope with the challenges that are usually caused by time pressure from demo deadline and pressure from high expectation on quality, as well as pressure from the technical complexity of demo content, time zone difference for project meetings, heterogeneous and evolving landscapes, and constant ramp-up requirements on industries and technologies.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Fluent in English is mandatory, especially spoken English
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Finance Management, Accounting, Management Information System or related discipline
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) in multiple projects
• Solid knowledge of financial/control processes including technical and business aspects, such as activity-based costing, transfer pricing, profitability analysis, cost center/CO-PA concepts, and driver-based planning
• Technical skills: PaPM rule modeling, allocation logic, script/formula development, process chains
• SAP Finance knowledge and integration experience with S/4HANA Cloud, HANA, BW or other SAP data sources is preferred
• Experience in sales supporting organization is preferred
• Team player and interpersonal skills
• High drive, results and execution focus
