Job Description:
The ESAB Project Enterprise – SAP Solution Architect will be deeply familiar with the intricate world of SAP S/4HANA and be conversant with process flows and the translation of business needs into elegant blueprints. In this pivotal role, you will become a trusted advisor and a bridge between business aspirations and technological realities. You will translate complex business objectives into efficient and scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions, optimizing processes, driving innovation, and paving the way for our digital transformation journey.
What you will do
- Lead the design and implementation of S/4HANA solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT teams.
- Analyze and understand business requirements, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Develop, validate, and document S/4HANA solution architectures, focusing on integration, scalability, and performance.
- Provide expert guidance on S/4HANA functionality, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to implement third-party solutions and integrations.
- Develop and maintain S/4HANA roadmaps and migration plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring successful delivery of S/4HANA initiatives.
- Stay current on the latest S/4HANA innovations and advancements, continuously upskilling yourself and the team.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP ERP systems, with a strong focus on S/4HANA.
- Proven expertise in S/4HANA modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, and Production Planning.
- Solid understanding of SAP Fiori, ABAP, and SAP Business Workflow.
- Experience with project management methodologies and SAP implementation best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
