Job Description:

  • Minimum 3-5 year’s experience in design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay templates, including salary planning, merit cycles, bonus calculations, budgeting, proration logic, eligibility rules, and workflow routing.
  • Implement and optimize business rules, calculation logic, cycle guidelines, and template structures to support scalable compensation planning processes.
  • Apply strong technical understanding of compensation frameworks—merit matrices, bonus plans, pay structures, guideline modeling—and translate them into system configuration.
  • Execute and support end‑to‑end compensation cycles, including data loads, validation, cycle monitoring, real‑time issue resolution, and payout accuracy checks.
  • Ensure technical alignment and integration between Compensation/Variable Pay and downstream modules (Performance & Goals, Succession & Development) as well as HRIS, payroll, and financial systems.
  • Lead data preparation, mapping, transformation, and validation activities across compensation cycles; maintain data integrity and audit compliance.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Associate Certification in Compensation & Variable Pay, along with certification in one additional Talent Suite module (either Performance & Goals or Succession & Development) and the HCM Platform.
