About the role:

As an SAP Senior Analytics Consultant (SAP Analytics Cloud & SAP Datasphere), you act as a senior hands-on delivery consultant in SAP analytics projects, responsible for the implementation of performant and business-oriented analytics solutions.

You bring proven project experience with SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere (potentially already Business Data Cloud experience), applied in complex customer environments as well as experience in manufacturing or automotive industry. The role focuses on end-to-end analytics delivery, ranging from data modelling and data integration to analytics and planning consumption, in close collaboration with the project manager, solution architect, and customer stakeholders.

This position is primarily delivery-focused and designed as a full-time project role. The consultant ensures technical quality, solution consistency, and reliable execution throughout the implementation lifecycle, especially in scenarios where architectural governance is provided only to a limited extent.

Key responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders, guiding tactical discussions on operating architecture, business benefits and technical implementation of SAP data and analytics solutions

  • Lead and execute data modelling and data flow design in SAP BW or SAP Datasphere

  • Implement data quality, validation, and monitoring concepts

  • Translate business requirements into technical user stories

  • Design and implement SAP Analytics Cloud stories, dashboards, and planning models

  • Ensure performance, scalability, and SAP best practice usage by

    • Implement excellent solutions of layered data approaches and harmonized analytical models

    • Implement outstanding data flows, reusable data products for analytics & planning, as well as data quality, validation & monitoring concepts

  • Provide technical guidance and coaching to junior team members if required

Qualifications & experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 5+ years of SAP BI / SAP BW, SAC, SAP Datasphere

  • Extensive Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP BW/4HANA

  • Strong data modelling and end-to-end analytics expertise

  • Experience in SAP BW upgrade and migration to SAP BW/4HANA or SAP Datasphere projects

  • Skills in front end design and visualization on SAP Analytics Cloud

  • Very good understanding of integration patterns as well as performance and scalability aspects in SAP and BI environments

  • Experience working in distributed Onshore / Nearshore delivery models

  • SAP ABAP routine as well as ABAP CDS View development in S/4HANA is required at least on basic level

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SAP BDC

  • SAP Analytics Cloud Planning as well as SAP S/4HANA OData API experience

  • SAP HANA analytical modeling and data engineering

  • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or modern data platforms in an SAP context
