Raytheon UK are looking for a SAP Migration Specialist.  The role focus is on high-integrity data migration for complex engineering, long-term project lifecycles, and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) processes.

What You Will Do:

  • Secure Data Governance: Implement strict data segregation and access controls to comply with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR during extraction and loading.

  • MRO & Asset Migration: Lead the migration of complex maintenance data, including historical asset structures, technical objects (Equipment/Functional Locations), and Bill of Materials (BOMs) from legacy systems to SAP EAM/S4HANA.

  • Project Systems (PS) Integration: Manage the migration of long-term, multi-year contract data, ensuring financial and operational alignment between legacy work breakdown structures (WBS) and S/4HANA.

  • "Clean Core" in Regulated Environments: Remediate legacy custom code while ensuring all new extensions on SAP BTP meet rigorous defence-grade security and compliance standards.

  • Multi-National Harmonisation: Lead data standardisation across European or global domains to enable interoperability with partners like NATO.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • STEM Background: A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with relevant experience. 

  • Security ClearanceBaseline - BPSS (Security Check) is typically the minimum requirement (requiring 3 years UK residency & employment history).

  • Industry-Specific Modules: Deep proficiency in SAP for Aerospace & Defense solution extensions, including MRO, Project Manufacturing, and Advanced Planning (PP/DS).

  • A&D Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of Export Control (UK/US), Quality Standards (AS9100), and the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
