SAP S/4HANA FI Consultant - Team Lead

Role Overview:
As a Lead Consultant in SAP Finance, you will be leading a team of experts to provide our customer support services in S/4 HANA system in FI/CO area. You will leverage your deep expertise in SAP Finance modules, understanding of accounting principles, and ability to integrate functional and technical perspectives to investigate, analyze and resolve system issues. With a focus on quality and value, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless resolution of incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP consultants in the Finance and Controlling areas within SAP S/4HANA support activities, including requirements analysis, issue resolution, and collaboration with other functional teams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on resolution options.

• Mentor and support junior consultants by offering insights, training, and leadership to enhance team competency and engagement.

• Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements, cost optimization, and improved financial processes.

• Maintain and keep up-to-date knowledge of evolving SAP S/4HANA functionalities, tools, and techniques, and share insights with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, preferred.

• 6+ years hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FI), including S/4HANA Finance.

• 2+ years of experience in team leadership.

• In-depth understanding of finance business processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, etc.).

• Knowledge of integration points with SAP Logistics, Procurement, and Sales modules to ensure a cohesive and end-to-end solution.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable solutions.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities, with experience engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice-to-Have:

• SAP certification related to Finance or S/4HANA is highly desirable.

• Experience in SAP/ABAP debugging and development.

• Ability to excel within high-performing teams while independently managing responsibilities, making sound decisions supported by good judgment.
