What You Will Do

• Partner with our digital & system integration team to support build, testing, and deployment activities for the Corporate/Enterprise Services instance of S4 HANA

• Collaborate cross-functionally to harmonize future-state business processes.

• Partner with RTX Business Units, Enterprise Services and Corporate Functions on development of future state process improvements.

• Support key system implementation activities impacting General Ledger and broader financial integration.

• Review Corporate ledger data to prepare for S4 implementation

• Support Corporate Accounting updates to Standard Work to reflect new S4 processes

• Drive alignment across Enterprise Services and Corporate Functions.

• Support change management efforts aligned with the oneRTX vision.

• Partner with senior stakeholders, business process owners, digital and our system integration team to bring a local design to life.

• Help drive one of RTX’s most significant, multi-year transformation initiatives—modernizing finance for speed, transparency, and scale.

Qualifications You Must Have

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years of finance or accounting experience.

• Experience in aerospace & defense finance, particularly within R2R functions.

• Strong background in general ledger accounting and financial reporting

• Proficiency with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.

• Travel up to ~25% as needed.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Familiarity with FAR and Government Accounting (preferred).

• Experience supporting ERP implementations, ideally with SAP (preferred).

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
