What You Will Do
Partner with our digital & system integration team to support build, testing, and deployment activities for the Corporate/Enterprise Services instance of S4 HANA
Collaborate cross-functionally to harmonize future-state business processes.
Partner with RTX Business Units, Enterprise Services and Corporate Functions on development of future state process improvements.
Support key system implementation activities impacting General Ledger and broader financial integration.
Review Corporate ledger data to prepare for S4 implementation
Support Corporate Accounting updates to Standard Work to reflect new S4 processes
Drive alignment across Enterprise Services and Corporate Functions.
Support change management efforts aligned with the oneRTX vision.

Partner with senior stakeholders, business process owners, digital and our system integration team to bring a local design to life.
Help drive one of RTX’s most significant, multi-year transformation initiatives—modernizing finance for speed, transparency, and scale.
Early access to the enterprise-wide ERP system of the future
Qualifications You Must Have
A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years of finance or accounting experience.
Experience in aerospace & defense finance, particularly within R2R functions.
Strong background in general ledger accounting and financial reporting
Proficiency with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
Travel up to ~25% as needed.
Qualifications We Prefer
Familiarity with FAR and Government Accounting (preferred).
Experience supporting ERP implementations, ideally with SAP (preferred).

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
