About the Role:
As a Procurement Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and supporting federal government procurement processes from an IT perspective. Your expertise in federal acquisition regulations and procurement-related IT systems will be crucial in driving our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and support SAP SRM to maximize its potential for strategic sourcing and spend analysis.

  • Facilitate the integration of SAP SRM with existing systems, ensuring optimal performance and accurate data flow.

  • Support sourcing processes by leveraging expertise in federal acquisition regulations and agency-specific policies.

  • Ensure proper integration with Bid Evaluation and Optimization and EDI systems, focusing on gathering requirements and providing technical support.

  • Conduct functional unit testing, integration testing, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Develop comprehensive test plans and scripts.

  • Create training materials and conduct sessions to enhance the client's system proficiency.

  • Partner with finance and accounting teams to streamline procure-to-pay processes.

  • Provide insights into opportunities to enhance procurement processes and system upgrades.

Qualifications:
Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience working in procurement processes with SAP SRM or similar role.

  • Highly adaptable team player with a strong aptitude for acquiring new technical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working on multiple releases in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Must be a US citizen.

Preferred Skills:

  • 2+ years working in U.S. federal acquisition regulations and procedures.

  • SAP SRM, SAP MM, SAP S/4 experience with MRP or SAP Procurement for Public Sector.

  • Familiarity with Agile and SAP development methodologies, tools, and practices.

  • Experience with release management tools and processes in a global organization.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$53,100-$106,300
