Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end functional support for Primarily SAP PP, WM, and Secondary QM, and TM modules, ensuring system reliability and adherence to business SLAs.

  • Manage incidents, service requests, change requests, and enhancements through structured processes.

  • Lead and participate in SAP rollouts, upgrades, and migration projects, including S/4HANA transformations.

  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements; develop functional specifications and design documentation.

  • Perform system configuration and customization to meet evolving business needs.

  • Partner with ABAP development teams for custom solutions, interfaces, and reports.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with MM, SD, FI/CO, and other SAP modules to ensure robust end-to-end business process integration.

  • Execute unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation, test scripts, and end-user training materials.

  • Provide knowledge transfer and training to power users and business stakeholders.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process automation and system optimization.

  • Participate in go-live and post-go-live support to ensure a smooth transition and system stabilization.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP functional experience in Primary PP, WM, Secondary QM, and TM modules.

  • Proven ability to configure and maintain key master data objects such as Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, Storage Types/Bins, Inspection Plans, and MICs.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes, including shop floor execution, inventory management, quality inspection, and logistics execution.

  • Deep knowledge of integration touchpoints across MM, SD, and FI/CO modules.

  • Experience in EDI/IDoc processing, data interfaces, and system integration.

  • Solid background in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

  • Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, and Jira for change management and project tracking.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Experience in global template deployments and multi-country rollouts.

  • Exposure to SAP Fiori applications, embedded analytics, and S/4HANA migration tools.

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working within hybrid project delivery models.

  • Strong documentation skills and commitment to maintaining system integrity and audit compliance.

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, automotive, or consumer goods industries is a plus.
