Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end functional support for Primarily SAP PP, WM, and Secondary QM, and TM modules, ensuring system reliability and adherence to business SLAs.
Manage incidents, service requests, change requests, and enhancements through structured processes.
Lead and participate in SAP rollouts, upgrades, and migration projects, including S/4HANA transformations.
Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements; develop functional specifications and design documentation.
Perform system configuration and customization to meet evolving business needs.
Partner with ABAP development teams for custom solutions, interfaces, and reports.
Collaborate cross-functionally with MM, SD, FI/CO, and other SAP modules to ensure robust end-to-end business process integration.
Execute unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
Provide knowledge transfer and training to power users and business stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process automation and system optimization.
Participate in go-live and post-go-live support to ensure a smooth transition and system stabilization.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP functional experience in Primary PP, WM, Secondary QM, and TM modules.
Proven ability to configure and maintain key master data objects such as Material Master, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, Storage Types/Bins, Inspection Plans, and MICs.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes, including shop floor execution, inventory management, quality inspection, and logistics execution.
Deep knowledge of integration touchpoints across MM, SD, and FI/CO modules.
Experience in EDI/IDoc processing, data interfaces, and system integration.
Solid background in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, and Jira for change management and project tracking.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams across multiple time zones.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in global template deployments and multi-country rollouts.
Exposure to SAP Fiori applications, embedded analytics, and S/4HANA migration tools.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working within hybrid project delivery models.
Strong documentation skills and commitment to maintaining system integrity and audit compliance.
Prior experience in manufacturing, automotive, or consumer goods industries is a plus.
