To meet our challenges, we are looking for a SAP OTC Solution Architect within the Digital team! This position will be located in Mumbai.

Their mission?
The Solution Architect is part of an End 2 End Process team in the Digital Violet organization (Roquette’s Pharma entity) and will:

• Be involved in the Build (Project delivery) and the Run (Maintenance) within in collaboration with the team members
• Design functionalities and solutions to fulfill a business need or a technical requirement, as part of project team
• Be referent on a specific module, product or functionality of one or several IT solutions 
• Addresses the Level 3 request, incident and problem management as part of the IT services & support delivered to the business

Your experience and talents will make the difference to:

BUILD

• In Feasibility study, he/she may be asked to assist DBP Digital Business Partners, Digital Violet Apps leader or the Project Manager to investigate and propose solution scenarios to a business need
• In design phase, he/she designs the solution to fulfill business requirements, optimum integration, compliance, quality, performance, cost, time and security:
  • He/she delivers general specifications and collaborates with Solution Architects to validate the overall consistency and interfaces requirements
  • He/she supports the business representatives on the business requirements definition (workshops, gap analysis, standards presentation) and aligns the solution to the business process
  • He/she collaborates with I&O Project Leads and Experts to provide requirements for the infrastructure design & sizing
  • He/she collaborates with the Integration Lead to adapt the design to fit the requirements / guidelines of the implementation process / framework
• He/she provides detailed specification for standard solution customization and customize functionalities on his/her module / product
• He/she provides requirements / requests for specific development on his module to the development team
• He/she provides solution testing strategy and technical testing plans for solution customization and specific development
• He/she conducts / leads testing on delivered development and customized solution, as well as regression testing
• He/she collaborates on integration testing and on UAT strategy definition, highlighting major spots of impacts
• He/she troubleshoots and resolves technical and functional issues and provides knowledge transfer to business teams and I&O teams, both local and core.

RUN

• He/she addresses Level 3 issues and requests relative to his/her module/product/functionality: qualification, resolution, communication to users, documentation (knowledge base update)
• He/she is responsible of estimating impact and workload of business request for evolution and to affect major requests to project management process (based on the criteria defined by PMO)
   

GENERAL ACTIVITIES

• Leveraging his/her experience and expertise, Solution Architect :
  • delivers training and support to team members and newcomers
  • collaborates on the production and the update of training materials
  • can anticipate impacts on existing solution and interfaces with other IT domains
• With a large knowledge of the corresponding business processes, Solution Architect can identify business impacts of evolutions and incidents, and thus to prioritize actions of resolutions
• Solution Architect collaborates with E2E teammates on process improvement and continuous improvement in general

• High capability to work in a multivendor context and manage third party interactions in a SLA driven environment
   

Overall knowledge of SAP with in-depth knowledge on modules of expertise (overview, functional and application architecture, interfaces architecture, customization...), with specific competencies on Roquette’s business implementation:

• SAP ECC SD
• SAP GTS
• e-Invoicing & e-Commerce solutions and external interfaces
• VAT and Tax procedures & Tax determination
• Ability to read ABAP code
• Food and Pharma Industry and corresponding regulatory requirements awareness
• EDI Integrations
   

Overall knowledge of IT systems and standards to interact with Architecture and other IT representatives on IT impact assessment, integration and interfaces management

And also …

Education:  Master degree (or higher education degree) in Engineering or with a major related to Information Systems.

Experience: 

Minimum 8 - 10 years relevant experience in IT Project management or similar in an international environment (Project Management & IT Solution design), including multiple implementations of SAP projects, with a knowledge of industrial environment

Specific requirements: 

Technical leadership, Service driven, Customer oriented, Results-oriented culture, Management ability, able to travel worldwide.

Business travel: 15%
