We are seeking a proactive and analytical SAP Consultant to join our Global IT team. This role is pivotal in streamlining our Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes through expert customization and strategic problem-solving. Whether you are a functional specialist or a "hybrid" consultant with technical coding chops, we want to hear from you.
This position is based locally at our hubs in either Mettlach, Germany or Sevlievo, Bulgaria, supporting a diverse international landscape.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Process Optimization: Design, configure, and implement SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) solutions with a heavy focus on the end-to-end O2C cycle.
- Customizing: Lead the functional design and system configuration for pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between business departments and IT, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical specifications.
- Support & Evolution: Provide 2nd/3rd level support for existing O2C processes while driving continuous improvement projects and S/4HANA migrations.
- Technical Integration (Optional): If you possess ABAP skills, you will perform debugging, minor enhancements, and work closely with the development team to ensure custom code aligns with functional needs.
Your Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD customizing.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of the O2C value chain (Inquiry -> Quotation -> Sales Order -> Delivery -> Billing). Knowledge of complex topics such as pricing & tax determination.
- Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for our global collaboration.
- Location: Ability to work on-site/hybrid in either Mettlach or Sevlievo.
Optional (Preferred):
- ABAP Skills: Ability to read/write ABAP code, utilize User Exits, BAPIs, or BADIs.
- Modern Tech: Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
