About the role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP MM & Ariba Business Analyst to support our global procurement and ERP transformation initiatives. The role combines functional expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Ariba Buying & Sourcing, with focus on system configuration, integration, rollout activities, and operational support. The ideal candidate enjoys working in an international environment, collaborating across business and IT teams, and driving end to end process excellence.


SAP MM – Key Responsibilities:

 

•  Configure and support SAP MM processes in alignment with the Global Template.
•  Contribute to S/4HANA migration activities: data preparation, testing, troubleshooting, and cutover.
•  Provide first/second-level support, including incident resolution and functional specification preparation.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, CO, PP, PM) and key users during rollouts, testing, and hypercare.
•  Create documentation and training materials, and support process improvements within MM.

 

 

Ariba – Key Responsibilities:

•  Configure and support Ariba CIG integrations, including mappings and SAP-side settings.
•  Lead Ariba Buying & Sourcing activities during global rollouts, including GAP analysis, testing, and training.
•  Coordinate UAT, defect management, and go-live/hypercare activities.
•  Perform interface monitoring and troubleshooting across CIG, PI/CPI, and SAP.
•  Drive continuous improvements of workflows, approval rules, templates, and master data flows.


Your profile:

•  5+ years of hands-on SAP MM experience (configuration + operations).
•  3+ years of SAP Ariba experience (Buying, Sourcing, CIG integration).
•  Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes (S2C/P2P).
•  Experience with SAP–Ariba interfaces (CIG, PI/CPI).
•  Experience in global rollout projects, UAT preparation, training, and hypercare.
•  Solid knowledge of S/4HANA concepts (migration experience preferred).
•  Familiarity with cross-module integrations (FI, CO, PP, PM).
•  Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues across SAP and Ariba.
•  Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
•  Fluent English; German is a plus.
