Job Description:
DXC Technology is looking for a SAP HCM Consultant – Time Management, PA, OM
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with expertise in Time Management, Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM). The ideal candidate has up to 8 years of experience in SAP HCM and is fluent in English, both written and spoken. The consultant will work on HR systems optimization and support both ongoing operations and international projects.
Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP HCM modules: Time Management, PA, and OM
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Handle customization, testing, go-live activities, and post-go-live support
Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation
Collaborate with global teams on international rollouts and initiatives
Manage incidents, change requests, and continuous improvement activities
Requirements:
3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM (Time Management, PA, OM)
Strong configuration skills and understanding of HR processes
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Fluent English – both spoken and written (mandatory)
Experience working in international environments is a plus
