Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays and Fridays remote. 

As an SAP MM/PP Functional Analyst, you will be a key member of our technology team, assisting with the design, development and deployment of an optimized, integrated solution, specifically related to our Global Supply Chain functions across Manufacturing, Supply & Material Planning and Inventory Management. Your expertise will be critical acting as the functional expert in Materials Management & Production Planning processes, working with key business stakeholders and product teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements, projects and enable capabilities that provide value to the cooperative. The SAP MM/PP Functional Analyst will also work closely with the Application support team to resolve day-to-day support tickets and ensure the operational health of the system. As such the role requires keen attention to detail. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.

A Day in the Life...

  • Participate as an integral member of the ERP transformation project team supporting the various workstreams that intersect with Global Supply Chain business processes (Source-to-Pay, Plan-to-Make, Warehouse Management)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, SAP development team, data governance, and subject matter experts to gather requirements, design and deliver implementations and enhancements within SAP MM/PP  
  • Work with the business and product partners from cross-functional initiatives to support the business processes related to Global Supply Chain and identify opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and growth enabled by tech solutions
  • Accountable for maintaining integrations within SAP MM/PP module, supporting ecosystems and overseeing batch schedules working with 3rd party offshore support teams and/or Vendor support teams
  • Document and diagram existing system and business processes and analyze for more efficient methods
  • Translate functional business requirements into technical requirements working within an agile team
  • Collaborate within an agile team to perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed enhancements and projects to aid management in making implementation decisions
  • Coordinate and perform use case tests, end-user reviews and post-implementation support
  • Deliver orientation and training to end users for new capabilities, enhancements and projects including writing documentation
  • Provide production support and research application incidents working with developers, end-users, and the Application support team
  • Assist in prioritizing break/fix and enhancement requests with product managers, business leads, and Application support team to ensure delivery of prioritized requests in a timely manner

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years of functional SAP experience in MM/PP, ideally in a CPG/Manufacturing business
  • Basic knowledge of SAP Ariba a plus
  • Knowledge of APIs and other integration methodologies
  • SDLC/Agile methodologies
  • Strong multitasking and enhancement & production management experience
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Annual Salary:

$79,400 - $109,230
