The Role
Lead the overall integration architecture for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ensuring alignment of business processes, interfaces, data flows and system landscapes.
Define the integration strategy covering API-led architectures, interface patterns, middleware governance, event-driven models and cross-system dependencies.
Establish and maintain the integration blueprint using LeanIX, ensuring application mapping, interface catalogs, lifecycle assessments and dependency visualization.
Define and maintain end-to-end process models using Signavio, aligning integration scenarios with process mining insights, AS-IS/TO-BE models and transformation roadmaps.
Govern testing strategy with Tricentis TOSCA, defining automation scopes, test coverage models and validation metrics for integration layers.
Evaluate simplification items and technical impacts across modules FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, ensuring integration design adheres to S/4HANA constraints.
Collaborate with Data Migration and Basis teams to validate integration points impacted by conversion activities, mapping rules, IDoc/Proxy adjustments and API transformations.
Lead the design of integration flows across SAP DRC, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), API Management and event mesh (when applicable).
Oversee consistency checks, error-handling frameworks, monitoring dashboards and performance tuning across integration layers.
Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and provide mitigation strategies directly to program leadership.
Support cutover planning, ensuring interface freeze windows, data alignment checkpoints, sequence readiness and rollback procedures.
Guide multidisciplinary teams (functional, ABAP, integration, testing, security) ensuring architectural compliance and high-quality deliverables.

Technical Requirements
Experience with SAP integration experience and leading SAP S/4HANA migration or conversion programs.
Proven expertise with:
Signavio (process mining, modeling, governance, collaboration workspace)
LeanIX (application portfolio, integration mapping, dependency analysis)
Tricentis TOSCA (test automation strategy for integration and end-to-end flows)
Deep understanding of S/4HANA integration patterns:
AIF, IDoc enhancements, OData services, SOAP/REST APIs
SAP Integration Suite (CPI), API Management and Event Mesh
PI/PO migration considerations
Strong knowledge of S/4HANA data structures and conversion impacts:
BP adoption (customer/supplier)
ACDOCA and universal journal dependencies
Master data alignment for SD/MM/PP integration
Transactional data readiness for testing and cutover
Ability to interpret SUM/DMO logs, functional migration pre-checks and technical inconsistencies during mock conversions.

Tricentis TOSCA Certification (mandatory preferred)
Signavio Process Intelligence / Modeling certifications
LeanIX Practitioner or Architect certification
Additional integration certifications (SAP BTP, CPI, API Management) are strong differentiators.
