What we are looking for:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mid-Level SAP Finance Manager to join our dynamic team to support the following applications: S4Hana Cloud, SAP Analytical Cloud (including Planning), SAP Group Reporting and Concur. Working closely with the Global Finance Organization, the successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing our SAP systems and processes to enhance overall business efficiency and will assume certain controllership functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP modules, configuration, and integration.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in SAP modules including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) , Group Reporting and SAP analytics.

  • Perform SAP system configuration and customization to meet business requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain SAP solutions.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot SAP-related issues, providing timely resolutions.

  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.

  • Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.

  • Stay updated on SAP advancements and industry best practices to recommend process improvements.

  • Prepare and present financial presentations for senior management and other stakeholders that drive business decisions as well as, where applicable, partner with front office businesses or functional areas to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and/or controls.

  • Provide controllership support as needed.

Must have requirements to be successful in this role:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SAP Specialist (S/4HANA CLOUD), with a focus on SAP Group reporting, SAP FICO, SAC Cloud and SAP Concur.

  • SAP certification is preferred but not a must-have.

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Proficient in SAP configuration, implementation, and support.

  • Strong understanding of SAP integration with other systems and applications.

  • Strong understanding of Financial Reporting and Consolidations

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Effective interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.

  • For Montreal, excellent communication skills in French and English, both spoken and written are required. For Toronto, excellent communications skills in English, both spoken and written are required.

Additional Information:

  • Fiera Capital adheres to a hybrid working environment with 4 days in-office per week.

  • The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $145,000. This role is also be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses and employee benefits. This salary range is for Ontario.
