Job Title: SAP Data Engineer

Location: Omaha, NE (5 days onsite)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Data Engineer to join our team in Omaha, NE. This role involves working onsite and requires deep expertise in SAP data products, including BW, BI, Datasphere, and SAC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling and experience with SAP reporting platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strong expertise in core SAP data products, including BW, BI, Datasphere, and SAC, to deliver high-quality data solutions.
  • Engage in data modeling efforts and the creation of data products to support business needs.
  • Enhance planning processes with experience in SAC Planning and SAP Business Data Cloud.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, ensuring high quality and defect-free deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging excellent communication and analytical skills to solve complex problems.
  • Apply knowledge of agile development methodologies to drive project success.
  • Lead the transition from on-premises to cloud data products, bringing in experience from previous similar projects.

Qualifications:

  • Senior-level experience with 7-15 years in SAP reporting platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience with SAC Planning and SAP Business Data Cloud is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects with a focus on quality and zero defects in production.

The base salary range for this position is $ 92,250 to 153,251  plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
