Our team works on the latest and emerging Enterprise Applications such as SAP C4C to enable Business Transformations for our clients. We are seeking a Senior SAP C4C Sales & Service Cloud Solution Lead with deep architectural expertise in the SAP Sales and Service Cloud v1 and v2 platforms. The role involves leading functional design, business process configuration, integration, and testing across multiple SAP C4C modules, ensuring alignment with enterprise sales and service processes.
The Solution Lead acts as the primary functional authority, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to build scalable, best-practice-based solutions integrated with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPQ, SAP BTP, and other enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities:
Solution Orchestration: Own the end-to-end functional blueprint for SAP Sales and Service Cloud v1 and v2. Lead the design of complex lead-to-cash and request-to-resolution workstreams.
Conduct requirement workshops with stakeholders to define and document business processes.
Perform fit-gap analysis and prepare functional specifications for system configurations and custom developments.
Architectural Governance: Ensure all configurations and custom developments (SDK/PDI) align with SAP’s "Clean Core" strategy and long-term scalability.
Lead Requirement Strategy: Facilitate high-level discovery workshops to translate ambiguous business goals into a structured functional roadmap and prioritized backlog.
Advanced Functional Configuration: * Lead the design of Complex Territory Management, advanced Registered Product hierarchies, and sophisticated SLA frameworks.
Oversee the setup of Business Roles, Access Restrictions, and Organizational Management to ensure data security and performance.
Integration Strategy: * Architect the data flow between C4C and S/4HANA/ECC via SAP CPI/BTP.
Define the strategy for real-time vs. asynchronous data exchange (OData, SOAP, IDocs).
Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor functional consultants, perform design reviews, and provide expert-level guidance during SIT/UAT and critical cutover phases.
Collaborate with the technical team for SDK/PDI extensions, KUT enhancements, and UI adaptations.
Work with integration teams for SAP CPI/BTP-based integration with S/4HANA, ERP, and third-party systems.
Document configuration changes and maintain solution design documents (FDDs, configuration workbooks, and test scripts).
Ensure alignment with SAP Best Practices and C4C standard design principles.
Professional experience and qualifications required:
5+ years of total SAP CRM / C4C Sales & Service Cloud experience, including multiple end-to-end implementations in SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud (C4C) v1 and v2.
Deep understanding of SAP C4C data model - Accounts, Contacts, Products, Installed Base, and Service Objects.
Hands-on experience with: Sales Cloud: Lead, Opportunity, Activity, and Quotation Management, Service Cloud: Ticket/Case Management, SLA, Workflow, Installed Base, and Knowledge Management, C4C Administrator Functions: Code List Mapping, Scoping, Fine-Tuning, and Business Configuration
Strong knowledge of C4C Analytics, Reports, and Dashboards.
Proficiency in Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, and Business Role Management.
Familiarity with language adaptation and UI personalization features.
Proven experience integrating C4C with: SAP ERP/S4HANA (Customer, Material, Pricing, and Document Replication), SAP CPI / SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP Marketing Cloud / SAP Emarsys / SAP CPQ / SAP FSM (optional)
Good understanding of OData, SOAP, IDoc, and Web Service Communication mechanisms.
