Position: : SAP BW/BO Support with 5+ years of experience
Experience: Minimum 5 years in SAP BW & BO
Skills: SAP BW, SAP BO
> Technical Knowledge:
- Good experience on BW Monitoring – process chains and job monitoring
- Role involves interaction with international customers
- Knows how to address data load issues, reporting issues and how to navigate through SAP BW
- Knows Data modelling and ETL process in SAP BI
- Knows how to read and write ABAP code, can write start and end routines, customer exits
- Knows Data recovery of LO and Custom Data Sources
- Have worked on performance improvement and data load tuning
- Knows how to debug and troubleshoot issues
- Knows reporting tool SAP BO Webi
> Additional Skills:
- SAP BW development experience is advantageous
- Understanding SAP functional aspects and important SAP tables/transactions
- Knowledge of SAP ABAP and SQL is advantageous
- SAP Data Services (BODS)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Position Summary:
Ensures optimal performance for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems ; implements, evaluates and designs ERP systems and applications; troubleshoots ERP-related issues and monitors ERP systems security; installs new releases, system upgrades and patches, as required. May perform ERP systems administration work focuses on vendor selection, configuring, maintaining, and generating reports for an Enterprise pResource Planning system including: Processing ERP information and maintaining records in the system; generating ERP reports and conducting analyses on ERP data; Ensuring the accuracy of information entered into the system and testing new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of ERP procedures; Troubleshooting for hardware, software and system problems that involve ERP modules.

Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience. Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems.
