Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day functional and production support for SAP Ariba Downstream processes (Requisition, PO, Invoicing, Receiving, Catalogs Management).
Manage and resolve integration issues between Ariba and SAP via CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and defect resolution within SLAs.
Support Guided Buying configurations, catalogue enablement, and user adoption.
Work with business users to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities.
Coordinate with SAP Basis, Integration, and technical teams for end-to-end issue handling.
Maintain configuration documentation, test scripts, and knowledge base for recurring issues.
Support minor enhancements, Ariba releases, and regression testing.
working with Ariba support for critical issue escalation and solution tracking.
Assist with supplier enablement, master data consistency, and transactional alignment between Ariba and SAP.
