The SAP Administrator provides operational support focused on SAP license management, system usage monitoring, and compliance across the company’s SAP environment. This role works closely with functional, technical, and security teams to support license tracking, reporting, user and system usage analysis, and audit preparation activities. The position is well suited for a detail-oriented, process-driven professional who is comfortable working across multiple SAP modules and environments and who supports informed decision-making, compliance, and efficient system operations.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide operational support across the SAP application landscape with a focus on system usage, access visibility, and license-related activities.
Support the tracking and maintenance of SAP users and system access data to enable accurate license reporting and compliance monitoring.
Coordinate SAP access removals and clean-up activities in partnership with SAP Security teams to support licensing accuracy and compliance.
Support internal SAP license administration activities, including data collection, validation, and analysis across systems.
Assist with SAP license measurement processes, internal reviews, and preparation of supporting documentation.
Monitor SAP usage data to help identify trends, anomalies, or potential compliance risks, and support follow-up actions with appropriate teams.
Maintain documentation related to SAP licensing, system usage, and related processes to support audit readiness and transparency.
Prepare and maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards related to SAP licensing, access, and compliance activities.
Provide clear summaries, findings, and status updates to application managers and key stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between SAP functional teams, SAP Security, and Procurement to support coordinated licensing and access-related activities.
Assist with planning and coordination for SAP audits, contract renewals, and system or landscape changes that may impact licensing.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
1–4 years of experience supporting SAP systems, enterprise applications, or IT operations.
Working knowledge of SAP environments and basic SAP concepts (users, roles, systems, environments).
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data and reports.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.
Process‑oriented and highly organized
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work across technical and business teams
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
Proactive, dependable, and solutions‑focused
