SCHEDULE: Two Shifts Available!
Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Flexible hours and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
Sunday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–10:30 PM, Saturday as needed
Expected Pay Range: $28.37 - $33.42 per hour
Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What You’ll Do
Lead all equipment, environmental, and master sanitation activities across the facility, including wet and dry cleaning, custodial oversight, and SSOP execution.
Supervise and develop the sanitation team, ensuring safe practices, compliance with quality standards, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Quality and Production to monitor environmental swabs, investigate out-of-specification results, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Manage sanitation KPIs, chemical usage, titrations, PPE inventory, and master cleaning schedules to drive efficiency and cost control.
Oversee sanitary design reviews, equipment inspections, and sanitation-related change management initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in food manufacturing, with direct sanitation leadership experience preferred.
3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
Strong knowledge of food microbiology, sanitation methodology, hygienic design, and SOP management.
Experience conducting inspections, leading investigations, and driving corrective actions.
Strong leadership, training, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
High school diploma required; sanitation certification or associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Regular standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in wet, humid, dusty, hot, cold, and loud production environments.
Required use of PPE including respirators, hearing protection, eye protection, and head protection.
Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
