  • SCHEDULE: Two Shifts Available!

    •  Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Flexible hours and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

    • Sunday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–10:30 PM, Saturday as needed

  • Expected Pay Range: $28.37 - $33.42 per hour

  • Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all equipment, environmental, and master sanitation activities across the facility, including wet and dry cleaning, custodial oversight, and SSOP execution.

  • Supervise and develop the sanitation team, ensuring safe practices, compliance with quality standards, and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with Quality and Production to monitor environmental swabs, investigate out-of-specification results, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Manage sanitation KPIs, chemical usage, titrations, PPE inventory, and master cleaning schedules to drive efficiency and cost control.

  • Oversee sanitary design reviews, equipment inspections, and sanitation-related change management initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in food manufacturing, with direct sanitation leadership experience preferred.

  • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of food microbiology, sanitation methodology, hygienic design, and SOP management.

  • Experience conducting inspections, leading investigations, and driving corrective actions.

  • Strong leadership, training, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

  • High school diploma required; sanitation certification or associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Regular standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to work in wet, humid, dusty, hot, cold, and loud production environments.

  • Required use of PPE including respirators, hearing protection, eye protection, and head protection.

  • Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
