Role Description
Salesperson is responsible for generating detailed product knowledge and cultivating client relationships in order to create a sales strategy in line with the bank's strategy.
Work includes:
Developing a deep understanding of client needs and expectations by ensuring regular contact and constantly researching appropriate sales solutions
Building working relationships with origination, trading, research, client services, and operations to ensure effective end to end client/product delivery
Operating within the relevant legal, regulatory and bank policy requirements
Identifying and contacting prospective clients and building relationships to generate future sales and repeat business

Your key responsibilities
Drive Relationship Management, Business Development, Implementation & Service Delivery and regulatory compliance for the business division.
Develop and implement corporate banking strategies to accelerate business growth and revenue.
Build and maintain strong Corporate & Institutional client relationships encompassing Cash, Trade, FX, Securities products.
Develop collaboration across Cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class integrated financial solutions.
Keep abreast of market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry developments.
Manage risk and comply with appropriate regulatory requirements.
Your skills and experience
15+ years of experience in corporate banking.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements as well as risk management practices.
Good leadership and decision-making qualities.
Demonstrated capability of managing large corporate relationships and bespoke financial solutions.
Thorough knowledge about the products, market developments, and risk management.
Strong financial skills, including credit analysis and portfolio management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage relations with key stakeholders.
