About This Job
We are seeking a highly technical and detail oriented Omnichannel Systems Administrator to support, optimize, and expand our customer engagement ecosystem. This role focuses heavily on our Five9 telephony platform while ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, custom development, and API driven workflows.Key Responsibilities
Five9 & Omnichannel Platform Ownership
Configure, maintain, and optimize Five9 call center solutions
Diagnose and troubleshoot Five9 issues
Build, test, and deploy enhancements
Support additional omnichannel applications
Salesforce & Integration Support
Work within Salesforce ecosystem
Troubleshoot integration points between Five9 and Salesforce
Partner with Salesforce teams
Technical Analysis & Troubleshooting
Review logs and root cause analysis
Perform impact analysis
Conduct testing across environments
Business Collaboration & Solutioning
Work with stakeholders to define requirements
Recommend enhancements
Conduct trainings
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field
1+ year working as a Salesforce Administrator
Experience with Five9 or similar
Hands‑on Salesforce troubleshooting exposure
Understanding of API integrations
SQL, Python/JavaScript familiarity
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Salesforce System Administration
Experience configuring Five9 is a plus/
Exposure to cloud platforms
Low‑code/no‑code tools
Agile/Scrum
