Software Requirements:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM platform
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing settings
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools (Workflow, Process Builder, Flows)
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of data tools like Data Loader, Data Export, and Data Import Wizard
- Experience with Salesforce DX, Source Control, and deployment tools
- Understanding of MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect, or other middleware (preferred)
- Familiarity with Salesforce certifications (Certified Salesforce Platform Developer, Administrator, Architect, etc.)
Overall Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions based on client requirements
- Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and declarative tools
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs
- Conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices for development, security, and compliance
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ongoing Salesforce implementations
- Document architecture, processes, and customizations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and gather requirements
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features to optimize platform usage

Experience:
- 5+ years of proven Salesforce development and implementation experience in enterprise environments
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Developing custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components
- Configuring Salesforce automation tools
- Integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via APIs
- Performing unit testing, code reviews, and deployment activities
- Supporting existing Salesforce applications and resolving production issues
- Collaborating with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders
- Documenting technical specifications and best practices
- Keeping abreast of Salesforce updates and new releases
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Administrator, or Architect (preferred)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce projects
