Concentrix is seeking an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Admin/Specialist with a strong background in managing large-scale Salesforce environments and implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

4+ years hands-on administering Salesforce Service Cloud

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration & Architecture:

    • Manage Salesforce Service Cloud with over 1 million records and hundreds of active users.
    • Design permission sets and role hierarchies.
    • Ensure deep understanding and application of Salesforce CRM platform architecture, limits, and data security models.
  • Development & Customization:

    • Utilize declarative tools and custom code effectively.
    • Configure Omni-Channel routing, assignment rules, macros, and optimize case responsiveness across channels.
    • Expertly use flows, formula fields, validation rules, and assignment rules for complex requirements.
  • Data Management:

    • Demonstrate proficiency in SOQL for efficient database querying.
    • Understand data modeling, including objects, fields, and relationships for scalable solution design.
    • Handle data migration and management best practices.
  • Cloud & AI Experience:

    • Configure and manage Service Cloud Voice call centers (e.g., Amazon Connect, Natterbox).
    • Deploy and manage Experience Cloud sites and AI tools like Agentforce and Einstein AI.
  • Documentation & DevOps:

    • Create technical documentation, change sets, and release notes.
    • Familiarity with DevOps and Agile methodologies, and use of deployment tools like Salesforce DevOps Center.

Certifications:

  • Must-Have:
    • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Platform Developer 1, Platform App Builder
    • Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect
  • Nice-To-Have:
    • Experience Cloud, various deployment tools

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

The base salary for this position is $92,250-$144,964, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
