Summary of This Role 

We are seeking a Product Manager to own and evolve our Salesforce platform as a core business product. This role is responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and execution of Salesforce capabilities that support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. 

The Product Manager will act as the voice of the business, translating stakeholder needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring Salesforce delivers measurable business value. 

What You’ll Do  

  • Own Salesforce as a core business product, including vision, roadmap, and backlog 

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, RevOps, and Finance to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions 

  • Define, prioritize, and deliver Salesforce enhancements that improve revenue performance, operational efficiency, and user experience 

  • Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and external partners to drive delivery from discovery through release 

  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management 

  • Ensure data quality, security, scalability, and overall platform health 

  • Drive adoption of Salesforce features through clear communication, change management, and enablement 

  • Measure success using KPIs such as user adoption, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and system reliability 

  • Continuously identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and optimization across Salesforce workflows 

 

 What Are We Looking for in this Role? 

  • Proven experience owning or managing Salesforce or CRM platforms in a product, systems, or business-facing role 

  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer lifecycle processes 

  • Ability to translate business problems into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized roadmaps 

  • Experience balancing competing stakeholder needs and making data-driven prioritization decisions 

  • Comfortable working in Agile or iterative delivery environments 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams 

  • A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution 

 

What are our Desired Skills and Capabilities? 

  • Experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or related tools 

  • Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, automation, and integration best practices (e.g., Flow, objects, APIs) 

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Product Owner) are a plus 

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions and measure impact 

  • Familiarity with change management, user training, and enablement strategies 

  • Ability to think in scalable systems and long-term platform architecture 

  • Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
