The Salesforce Platform Manager will provide management and oversight of the support and platform processes for Salesforce and related. Act as a front line manager for team in Costa Rica. Lead Support coordination, help plan tasks, and provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce platform.

What you will do

What experience you need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
  • 5-7 years of Salesforce experience
  • 3+ years managing teammates
  • Experience working with internal customers and stakeholders
  • English B2 minimum  

What could set you apart

  • MuleSoft experience
  • Oracle CPQ experience
  • Strong analytics background
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required, additional certifications desired
